Diving at Parque Nacional del Este
The diving at Parque Nacional del Este is considered to be some of the best diving in the world. Excellent for Open Water and Advanced SCUBA divers. The dives typically range from 30 to 100 feet deep and offer a healthy variety of corals and fish. All diving at the park is within a short, 5 minute to 30 minute boat ride. We provide the following diving schedule for your convenience:
2 tank dives at 9:00 am in the morning.
2 tank dives at 1:30 pm in the afternoon.
We also offer night dives upon request (Minimum of 2 people required). Night diving in the park provides a good chance to see morays, lobster, squid and octopus along with many other nocturnal critters.
That's right, take an exciting dive into Padre Nuestro. This cave dive has a maximum depth of 50 feet (14M) and is 625 feet (190M) long. Minimum of 2 people required.

The Catalina Island excursion
(½ day trip for divers and snorkelers)
Our trip includes snorkeling and/or diving at The Wall then a trip around to the other side of the island where everyone enjoys some time on land, then our divers go for a second dive at the Aquarium while our snorkelers hang out and snorkel off the beach and just enjoy time on the Island. This trip includes rum, coke, water, fruit, and snorkeling equipment.
Lunch can be provided for private groups upon request for an additional cost.
The Penon excursion
(½ day trip for divers)
There are three Penon sites located in the same area. The Penon sites give divers the opportunity to see an incredible amount of sea-life including Spotted Eagle Rays, sharks, and beautiful corals. Penon is Pro’s favorite.
The Saona Island excursion
(3/4 day trip for divers)
We do a dive off the coast at Saona Island then head to shore to have a buffett lunch and some great surface interval time. Here you can just relax in the sun or do some snorkeling off the beach near the old pier. In the afternoon we head out for another dive before making our way back to Bayahibe, stopping along the way at the Piscina Natural.
Catalinita and Saona excursion
(All day trip for divers and snorkelers)
This excursion includes a trip through the mangroves, diving at Shark Point and snorkeling off Catalinita Island at one of the best snorkeling sites in the area. We then go to Saona Island for a buffet lunch and some quality time on the Island, enjoying much sun and fun.
In the afternoon we visit the Piscina Natural which is crystal clear water about 3-5 feet deep with white sand and Giant Starfish. We then, on return, make a stop at Penon for the best diving around. Here you have a chance to see Nurse sharks and the elusive Spotted Eagle Ray. Penon also has a great abundance of sea life as well. Then we return to Bayahibe.
